In October 2021, the Jinshan District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau found that the planting conditions of the farmland occupied by the farmer's homestead had been severely damaged.

In March, the Fengjiapu town government organized the demolition of the buildings on the illegal land.

  33. The case of an animal husbandry company in Hechi City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region illegally occupying land to build office buildings.

In October 2020, a certain animal husbandry company illegally occupied 3.67 mu of arable land (3.64 mu of permanent basic farmland) in Shuanghe Village, Xiaochang'an Town, Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County to build staff dormitories and offices.

In July 2021, the Natural Resources Bureau of Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County discovered the illegal act and filed a case for investigation.

In August of the same year, the Natural Resources Bureau of Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County issued an administrative penalty letter, ordering the company to rectify within a time limit and restore the land to its original state.

In April 2021, 5 people including Russia illegally occupied 3.47 mu of permanent basic farmland in Kezang Village, Maoergai Town to build a breeding greenhouse.

In August 2020, Ba illegally occupied 0.29 mu of arable land in Dongyi Village, Xinduqiao Town, Kangding City to build houses.

In December 2021, a Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. illegally occupied 2.9 mu of arable land in Guihua Village, Caoba Town, Yucheng District to build a temporary office prefab.

In January 2022, the Yucheng District Natural Resources and Planning Bureau discovered the illegal act and stopped it on the spot, and issued a "Notice of Ordering to Stop Illegal Acts" and "Notice of Ordering to Correct Illegal Acts", requiring the dismantling and re-cultivation within a time limit.

In March 2022, the Nazhang Township government organized the demolition of the buildings on the illegal land.

  44. The case of a company illegally occupying land and building a mixing station in Dayao County, Chuxiong City, Yunnan Province.

In June 2021, a limited company illegally occupied 3.1 mu (2.8 mu of arable land and 2.29 mu of permanent basic farmland) collectively owned by the Taojia Group of Bimo Villagers Committee, Xinjie Town, Dayao County, Chuxiong City to build a mixing station.

In March 2022, the Dayao County Natural Resources Bureau ordered the parties to demolish the buildings on the illegal land within a time limit and carry out reclamation.

At present, the parties have demolished the buildings on the illegally used land, and the land has been restored.
