Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we have taken the construction of ecological civilization as a fundamental plan related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation, adhered to the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, and carried out a series of fundamental, pioneering and long-term work. Important steps have been taken in China's construction, promoting historic, turning and overall changes in my country's ecological and environmental protection.
On the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, the whole party and the whole country must maintain the strategic determination to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, focus on promoting the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, coordinate pollution control, ecological protection, and respond to climate change, and strive to build a relationship between man and nature.
