“I can confirm that the Bulgarian authorities did not allow the flight of an aircraft with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on board, which should proceed to Serbia, through the airspace of their country,” TASS quoted her as saying.
Earlier, the Serbian newspaper Vecherniye Novosti reported that Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Montenegro had closed their airspace to Sergey Lavrov's plane.
