It is reported by the agency SANA.

On the opening day, the center was visited by several dozen residents who evaded service in the ranks of the Syrian army or otherwise violated the law, but now want to return to their homeland and are turning to the authorities for this.

“The militants and deserters who have settled their relationship with the authorities will be able to do peaceful work,” said Marwan Obeid, a spokesman for the Syrian People’s Council.

Assistance in organizing the center in Jayrud was provided by local sheikhs and representatives of public organizations.
