“Ukrainian militants attacked the Petrovsky district of Donetsk, city hospital No. 14 was damaged,” the headquarters said in a Telegram message.
Residents of the city are advised not to leave the shelter during the shelling.
Earlier, the DPR reported 62 attacks by the Ukrainian military per day.
