“In Mykolaivka of the Donetsk People’s Republic, in the buildings of school No. 3 and boarding school for orphans No. 7, servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defense units equipped strongholds and ammunition depots, placed artillery and MLRS on the adjacent territory,” Mizintsev said.
According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are purposefully shelling the settlements of the DPR, provoking return fire.
He added that the purpose of the provocations is to lay responsibility for the destruction of civilian infrastructure on Russia.
Earlier, Mizintsev said that Ukrainian servicemen continue to place armored vehicles and firing positions in medical institutions in the territories controlled by Kyiv.
