Putin called the statement that Russia "does not allow" the export of Ukrainian grain as a bluff

“This is a bluff,” Putin answered the corresponding question on the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel.

He noted that Russia does not interfere with the export of grain.

According to him, Ukraine must clear the approaches to the ports, for its part, Russia guarantees the peaceful passage of ships with grain.

Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko earlier announced Minsk's readiness to help Kyiv with the export of grain through Belarusian territory, subject to compromises.
