This is stated in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, published on the official portal of legal information.
“The basis for sending the applicant a notice of refusal to register is the status of a lawyer in a foreign state included in the list of foreign states and territories that commit unfriendly actions against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities and individuals,” the document says.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the temporary procedure for fulfilling financial obligations in the field of corporate relations to certain foreign creditors.
In mid-April, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin also signed a decree on temporary rules for fulfilling the obligations of Russian airlines and organizations to foreign companies.
