RIA Novosti noted that the deal is planned to be concluded in June - German businessman Hakan Koch with 90% of the shares and his business partner Pirros Koussios with 10% will become the new owners.

At the same time, the current owners of the company will have to invest more than £10 million in it and will take on a number of contractual obligations, including payment of debts and fines, including $660,000 related to the distortion of the company's ownership structure.

At the end of May, Russian businessman Roman Abramovich completed the sale of Chelsea Football Club to a consortium of American businessman Todd Boeli.

In February, Abramovich was placed on the UK sanctions list.
