Five people were injured on Thursday during a shooting in a cemetery in Wisconsin, in the north of the United States, where the burial of a man killed at the end of May by the police took place, announced the forces of the order and a local string.

Police in Racine, a town on the shores of Lake Michigan, said "several shots (had) been fired" in the cemetery at 2:26 p.m. local time.

The obituary posted online by Da'Shontay King's family confirms that his funeral was scheduled to take place at noon Thursday at the cemetery cited by police.
US President Joe Biden is due to speak at 7:30 p.m. (2330 GMT) to speak on "the need for Congress to pass common sense laws to combat the epidemic of gun violence", announced the White House.
