State Department: US wants to keep START-3 limits after 2026

She also called it an important task to include tactical nuclear weapons in the control framework. 

Earlier, Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov expressed hope that American and Russian experts would resume cooperation on a number of issues, including security.
