Siluanov urged to actively attract private investment in the construction of roads in Russia

According to TASS, the minister made the corresponding statement at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“In my opinion, more business, entrepreneurs and investors should be involved in road construction.

There are precedents when such concession decisions bring results.

And it seems to me that this is also our prospect, when more roads will be built with the involvement of private money,” Siluanov said.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said that the amount of funding for the five-year road program will amount to 13.2 trillion rubles.
