The young woman was not present in the courtroom when prosecutor Adam Rullman presented his case.

She was in an adjoining room with a video link.

The two brothers have been in custody since mid-March and early April, respectively.

The older brother was arrested after semen was found on the woman's clothes and the police found a DNA hit on him.

Films from the evening were found on his phone, which were later found to have been filmed by his younger brother.

Served with champagne

It was a Wednesday in July last summer that the woman and her friend were out at the pub together.

They moved between several restaurants but end up at a restaurant on Piren.

Both state that they were invited to champagne and that they then have no clear memories of the evening.

During questioning, the woman has said that she has fragmentary memories of how the man raped her and how someone filmed what happened.

Both she and her friend state that they felt they were drugged, which is strengthened by interrogations with two other friends who met the women later in the night.

Recognizes filming

The two suspects deny the crime and the older brother says in interrogation that they had sex, but that it was voluntary and that it was the woman who "kept the baton".

The younger man admits that he filmed the incident and in court today his lawyer, Christian Berntö, said that "it is probably not completely unknown to the court that it is filmed in situations like this to secure evidence".

The two men have previously been convicted of, among other things, drunk driving.

The trial is set to begin tomorrow.
