Two students died and three were injured in an accident while on their way to school in Sharjah

A traffic accident occurred this morning, Wednesday, in which two students were killed in Emirates National Schools, while three others were injured, while they were going to school in the Sharjah complex.

The Emirates National Schools mourned with great sadness and sorrow the two students Ali Nasser Ali Al-Hafri Al-Ketbi from the sixth grade, and Muhammad Saif Ali Al-Hafri Al-Ketbi from the fourth grade, who moved to God’s mercy after a tragic traffic accident while they were going to the school branch of the Sharjah Complex yesterday morning, June 1.

And she said, in a statement: "The family of the Emirates National Schools extends its condolences to the family of the two students, praying to the Almighty God to inspire their families and relatives patience and solace."

And she continued: "We also pray to God for the speedy recovery of students Khalifa Ali Salem Al-Zahmi from the fifth grade, the student Alia Nasser Ali Al-Hafri Al-Ketbi from the first grade, and the student Moza Nasser Ali Al-Hafiri Al-Ketbi from the kindergarten, who were injured in this accident."

Immediately after the accident, all the injured and the driver were taken to Al Dhaid Hospital in Sharjah, where the two children - who are cousins ​​- died, while one of them is the only son of his parents.

 The director of the Sharjah Emirate Complex in the Emirates National Schools, Fadhil Al-Ahmad, confirmed to "Emirates Today" that the accident occurred yesterday morning, while the students were attending the school in a private car.

Al-Ahmad added: "We were shocked after learning about the accident, and we expressed our sincere regret and pain for the loss of two of our student sons, and we pray for the speedy recovery of the three students injured in the accident, wishing them a safe return."
