Tragedy Fishing in Newfoundland, the most dangerous job in the world: 30 below zero, no hours and no fixed salary
Sinking The three survivors and seven bodies of the 'Villa de Pitanxo' arrive at the Canadian port of San Juan de Terranova
Practically the entire crew of the Galician fishing vessel
Piedras
has been rescued after a
leak
in the ship left it
adrift in the waters of the Gran Sol.
At the moment, work is being done to
prevent the sinking of the ship
, in which
the skipper and the chief engineer are still
present, while the other
9 members of the crew
are already safe.
The fishing vessel, named
Piedras
, was fishing in international waters, between parallels 48-60, in Ireland.
The sinking occurs after that of the
Villa de Pitanxo
,
with 24 crew members on board, of which only three survived, last February, in the waters of Newfoundland.
