“In January-April 2022, Russian airlines transported more than 19.8 million passengers within the country,” the Ministry of Transport reported to TASS.
The ministry added that this is 95% of the number of air passengers carried over the same period last year.
Earlier, the Russian government allocated funds to the Federal Air Transport Agency to reimburse operating expenses in the face of external sanctions.
