Court in Moscow arrests two Ukrainian commanders in absentia

“In relation to Mishanchuk and Yanchenko, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention in absentia,” the court said.

Earlier, the Savelovsky Court of Moscow arrested in absentia the head of the Zhitomir pre-trial detention center, Petr Titovets, and the head of the Bashtansky district department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Nikolaev region, Alexander Nozdratenko, for ill-treatment of captured Russian servicemen.
