According to Bastrykin, they arrived in Ukraine from the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Norway, Georgia and other countries.
The Prosecutor General's Office of the DPR has completed an investigation into a group of mercenaries from Britain and Morocco.
The materials of the criminal case were submitted to the court.
Elena Shishkina, Chairman of the Committee on Criminal and Administrative Legislation of the People's Council of the DPR, noted that foreign mercenaries who participated in hostilities in the Donbass on the side of Ukraine are not subject to exchange.
