Krokom is located in Jämtland.

A large and sparsely populated municipality which between the elections does not attract any major interest from national politicians.

- We are quite far from what reality looks like for us, says Henrik Ling from the village of Kaxås.

But now it is an election movement and being seen in rural contexts is important.

Because it's not so much about Krokom's voters as it is about signaling something to the city's residents.

- Everyone comes from the country in some way from the beginning, maybe just a generation away, says the parliamentary candidate Hanna Wagenius (C) who visits Torsta naturbruksgymnasium as part of her personal election campaign.
