Earlier, Croatian President Zoran Milanovic said that the sanctions against Russia are not functioning.
According to him, Russia did not feel financially the effects of Western restrictions.
Prior to this, the Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko said that the number of sanctions of the collective West against Russia and their nature are provoking a global economic crisis.
