Expropriations linked to the Grand Paris Express in Bondy contested

After several months of opposition to the construction of the future line 15 East of the Grand Paris Express, residents have filed an appeal with the administrative court of Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) against the prefecture of the department of the Société du Grand Paris (SGP ), in charge of the works.

Accompanied in their fight by five associations, they are not opposed to the construction of a station in Bondy, the inauguration of which is planned for 2030. .

The prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis had rejected in March the gracious appeal filed by the inhabitants.

They then asked for the revocation of this rejection and of the inter-prefectural decree.

The local residents believe that the impact study of the declaration of public utility is incomplete and suspect the SGP of wanting to pocket a capital gain on the resale of the land after construction.
