A court in Moscow arrested in absentia the head of the pre-trial detention center and the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Ukraine for torturing prisoners

This was reported by TASS with reference to the press secretary of the court, Maria Mikhailova.

“According to the decisions of the Savyolovsky District Court of Moscow, Nozdratenko Alexander Mikhailovich and Pyotr Titovets ... a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention for 2 months from the moment of their actual detention,” she said.

According to her, both defendants were put on the international wanted list.

Earlier, the Moscow Basmanny Court arrested in absentia two officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine accused of genocide and the use of prohibited methods of warfare.
