“The European Council is ready to allocate €9 billion to Ukraine,” TASS quoted Michel as saying on Twitter.
According to him, the European Council decided to continue supporting Ukraine and cover its current liquidity needs.
Earlier, the European Union transferred a new tranche of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of €600 million.
