Head of the EC: by the end of 2022, the EU expects to reduce imports of Russian oil by 90%

She noted that she welcomes the decision of the European Council on oil sanctions against Russia.

“This will reduce oil imports from Russia by 90% by the end of the year,” TASS quoted von der Leyen as saying on Twitter.

Earlier it became known that the leaders of the EU countries agreed on a partial ban on the import of Russian oil.
