In addition, at the summit, the heads of state and government of the EU will discuss strengthening the defense capability and food security issues, taking into account problems with food exports from Russia and Ukraine.
Earlier, UN Secretary General António Guterres called for full access to world markets for Russian food and fertilizers.
He also said that the UN is working on an agreement to remove restrictions on the export of products from Russia and Ukraine.
