Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian state leader Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation, the Turkish presidential office said. According to Habertürk, he suggested that the Russian side hold a meeting in Istanbul between the delegations of Russia, Ukraine and the UN.
