“Three explosive devices were found: one in San Jose del Guaviare, the other in Cartagena del Chaira,” TASS quoted him as saying.
He clarified that the two devices he mentioned were left on sidewalks near polling stations, and the third was found in a rural area in the center of the country.
“These three unrelated incidents did not affect the will process,” the head of the defense department stressed.
