Tahlak explained that the couple were living in their countries with their only son, and as a result of marital disputes, the wife left her homeland, accompanied by the child, and came to Dubai to live with her parents, refusing to allow the father to see his son or communicate with him.

He added that as a result of his deteriorating financial situation, the father was unable to obtain a visit visa to Dubai, and was unable to communicate with his son for 10 months. In marital disputes, and enabling him to meet his son, especially since his visit to the country is short, but she did not respond to her father, and insisted on her intransigent position, which prompted the father to resort to the Dubai Police as a last resort, asking for an amicable solution without escalation or additional problems.

Tahlak added that the victim's communication team at the center communicated with the mother, and was able to convince her to enable the father to see his son, as a right guaranteed by law and Sharia, and she should not involve the child in their marital disputes, based on the "Wadima" Child Law, which obliges parents to take care of the rights of the child. The child, pointing out that the mother responded to the mediation of the police, and agreed to enable the father to see his son in the presence of her and her father, which brought happiness to the heart of the father and the child.

For his part, the father of the child expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the Dubai Police, and the team communicating with the victim, who brought happiness to his and his son's heart, and contained a problem that lasted for months.
