“Russian air defense systems in the area of the settlement of Novogrigorovka, Dnipropetrovsk region, shot down one Su-25 aircraft of the Ukrainian air forces in the air,” Konashenkov said at a briefing.
According to him, four Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed in the area of \u200b\u200bthe settlements of Small Passages, Pitomnik, Mirolyubovka and Nizhnyaya Krynka.
He added that a shell from the Smerch multiple launch rocket system was also intercepted.
Earlier, Russian air defense systems shot down a Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopter in the Orekhov region in the Zaporozhye region.
