1. Investigation
Song Mouxin, male, born in November 1990, from Huairou District, Beijing, rented a youth apartment at No. 93, Ping'an Street, Houfengbo Village, Nancai Town, Shunyi District, Beijing (it was under control at the time due to the epidemic).
After investigation, at 3:38 on May 11, 2022, Song Mouxin called 120 on his mobile phone because of chest pain. At 3:41, the Nancai bus team of Shunyi 120 First Aid Branch Center (by doctor Liu Mouyun, nurse Zhang Mouying, driver Fan Moujun) received an emergency rescue task list.
At 3:44, Liu Mouyun used the car phone to contact Song Mouxin, inquired about his condition and informed that because he was in the epidemic prevention and control area, the medical staff who went to the scene for treatment needed secondary protection before entering.
From 3:46 to 3:57, Liu Mouyun called the district hospital's fever clinic four times, the switchboard was connected, and the extension was busy.
Meanwhile, the crew began to wear protective clothing at 3:50.
At 3:58, Liu Mouyun called the fever clinic of the district hospital, and the hospital reported that it would be accepting people who tested positive for the new coronavirus nucleic acid, and it is currently unable to accept the diagnosis.

At 4:17, Liu Mouyun asked Kan Moufeng, deputy director of the Shunyi 120 emergency branch center, by phone, and Kan Moufeng asked the crew to get out of the car immediately for treatment.
The crew quickly put on double-layer gloves, shoe covers, goggles and other protective equipment.
In the meantime, Song Mouxin's girlfriend called and said that Song Mouxin's condition had worsened.

At 4:32, the team on duty arrived at the scene and found Song Mouxin lying on the side of the road. Liu Mouyun, Zhang Mouying, and Fan Moujun immediately carried Song Mouxin into the ambulance.

After 6:00, Song Mouxin's parents and other family members came to the hospital one after another, and Zhang Moudong explained his condition to the family members and informed the rescue situation.
At 7:24, Song Mouxin had not recovered his spontaneous heart rate and spontaneous breathing. With the consent of his family, Zhang Moudong stopped cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other rescues and announced Song Mouxin's clinical death, which was initially diagnosed as sudden death.
From May 13th to 26th, Shunyi District Hospital contacted Song Mouxin's family by phone many times, and sent someone to the home of Song Mouxin's family on the morning of May 15 to express condolences.
On May 16, Ma Moumei, secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Shunyi District Hospital, and Hao Mou, head of the Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Office, interviewed Zhao Moutian, director of the Shunyi 120 First Aid Branch Center, and the Shunyi 120 First Aid Branch Center suspended the doctor involved.
Shunyi District Hospital continued to maintain discussions with Song Mouxin's family, and on May 28, the two sides reached an agreement on the aftermath.
2. There are problems
(1) The problem of the train group on duty

3. No self-help guidance for emergency patients.

1. Pre-job training is not implemented properly.
