The agency has set up a special work class, which is fully responsible for the rectification of the illustrations of elementary school mathematics textbooks:
The first is to start relevant work, and make full rectifications in place by September 1 this year to ensure that the new textbooks will be used on time in the fall semester of 2022.
The second is to re-select excellent design teams across the country in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures, and draw and replace all illustrations in the complete set of primary school mathematics textbooks.
Third, in the process of redrawing, we will specifically listen to the opinions and suggestions from all walks of life, especially front-line teachers, students and parents.
