Nine Blue Helmets were injured and were evacuated for medical attention,” the mission said.
In December 2021, two UN mission peacekeepers in Mali were injured when an improvised explosive device exploded.
As Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted, Russia will continue to help Mali in the fight against terrorism.
