Seizure of a gang stealing car exhaust in Umm Al Quwain
The Department of Criminal Investigations and Investigations at the Umm Al Quwain Police General Command managed to arrest an Asian gang that specialized in stealing vehicle exhaust (environmental filters) from some vehicles in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.
The Director of the Department of Criminal Investigation and Investigation, Colonel Saeed Obaid bin Arran, explained that there were reports that some vehicle exhaust had been stolen, and accordingly a research and investigation team was formed in cooperation with the Investigation and Criminal Investigation Branch of the Comprehensive Safety Center, where the team reached the knowledge of the perpetrators and arrested them within (24 hours) of Receipt of communications.
He explained that it was found that the perpetrators were of Asian nationality, and by asking them, they confessed to the charges against them, and the director of the department appealed to the honorable public to cooperate with the policemen to report crimes to confront those gangs that threaten the security of society.
