He added that this person returned his passport to him after 10 days and had a visa to Canada, so he traveled to the Emirates, and while he was trying to leave using the visa, he was stopped by an Emirates Airlines security employee, asking for permission to travel there, so he offered him the visa that the employee suspected, and informed him that it Forged, then report to the police.

In examining the case, the court confirmed that participation in forgery crimes often takes place without external manifestations or tangible physical actions that can be inferred, and thus it is sufficient to prove that the court is satisfied that it occurred from the circumstances and circumstances of the case.

She pointed out that in view of the incident, there was certain evidence that it was correct, given that the visa was completely forged, which indicates that the accused had resorted to obtaining the visa through an illegal way, with the help of another unknown, as it was proven that the forged document was used by presenting it to the airline employee.

Given the circumstances of the incident, the court considers that the accused will not commit this crime in the future, so it ruled that he be imprisoned for one and a half months, with a suspended sentence, and deported him from the state.
