10,000 training hours for government employees

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources recently launched the Knowledge and Learning Paths initiative at the federal government level, which aims to develop federal government employees and develop their specialized skills within 20 job families, in partnership with international training providers, and in cooperation with ministries and federal entities, each within its jurisdiction.

The Director of the Governmental Human Resources Planning Department at the authority, Maryam Al-Zarouni, stated that the authority will periodically launch a set of specialized programs and certificates, distributed among 20 job families, in cooperation with the best training providers in the world, expecting the training hours to reach 10,000 hours.

During the annual meeting of training and continuous delivery partners at the federal government level, which was recently held by the authority, Al Zarouni indicated that the new initiative targets all job categories at the federal government level, especially the specialized ones, with the aim of refining the skills of employees.
