With the June 1 local elections six days away, three terrestrial broadcasters including SBS conducted a final survey before the ban on public opinion poll results.



Voters from 17 cities and provinces across the country were asked who they would elect as the head of the regional group if tomorrow was voting day.

It was found that the People's Power candidates lead in 9 places and the Democratic Party candidates in 4 places, and the other 4 are competing within the margin of error.

Among the candidates for mayor of Seoul, Democratic Party candidate Song Young-gil took the lead with 31.2% and People's Strength candidate Oh Se-hoon with 53.6%, leading the current mayor candidate Oh Se-hoon.

For the Gyeonggi governor, Democratic Party candidate Kim Dong-yeon 39.1% and People's Strength candidate Kim Eun-hye 37.7%.

The Incheon mayor was also tight with 35.8% of Democratic Party candidate Park Nam-chun and 39.9% of People's Strength candidate Yoo Jeong-bok.

In Daejeon and Sejong City, where there was a close battle over whether the current mayor's capital or the ruling party's candidate would be retaken, Daejeon Mayor Heo Tae-jeong 40%, People's Power Lee Jang-woo 36.1%, Sejong Mayor Lee Chun-hee 38.5% People's Power Choi Min-ho With 40.4%, it was difficult to differentiate between superiority and inferiority.

In the Chungnam governorship, Democratic Party candidate Yang Seung-jo received 34.7% and People’s Strength candidate Kim Tae-heum 43.8%, while in Chungcheongbuk-do Province, Democratic Party candidate Roh Young-min had 30.7% and People’s Strength candidate Kim Young-hwan 43.4%.



For Gangwon governor, Democratic Party candidate Lee Kwang-jae took the lead with 34.0 percent and People's Strength candidate Kim Jin-tae 44.9 percent.

For the first full month since President Yoon Seok-yeol took office, I was asked if he was doing well, and 50.2% said 'I'm doing well' and 29.7% said 'I'm doing it wrong'.



The three broadcasting companies, including SBS, will conduct a joint exit survey on the day of the local election on June 1st, and deliver the results at 7:30pm, when the voting for corona confirmed patients is closed.



In addition, the remaining detailed poll results, such as support for regional group heads in Yeongnam, Honam, and Jeju, and desirable local election results, will be delivered on the evening of the 26th on <SBS 8 News>.
