“There is shelling from the Ukrainian side of our village Zhuravlyovka,” he said. 

As reported to him by the head of the settlement Anzhelika Samoilova, five households were damaged. 

“There is one victim - a young man with a deep shrapnel wound.

We don’t yet understand how he ended up in the village,” the governor said, explaining that a few weeks ago the residents of Zhuravlyovka and Nekhoteevka were resettled.

The victim is given medical attention.

Earlier, in the Belgorod region, a high level of terrorist threat was extended until June 9.
