During the most recent term of office, around 1,200 tenancies have been converted into condominiums in the city of Stockholm, most of them in Skärholmen and Grimsta. But are transformations good or bad and what will it look like after the autumn elections?
During the term of office, the residents of 2,000 tenancies in Stockholm's suburban areas were offered to reorganize.
About 60 percent, just over 1,200 rental apartments, have become condominiums.
