1. Further lowering the government-guided price of nucleic acid testing for the new coronavirus in public medical institutions.

The novel coronavirus antigen detection service provided by public medical institutions is charged according to the method of "price item + detection reagent".
Among them, the government-guided price of the "new crown antigen detection" medical service price item has been reduced to no more than 2 yuan per person; the new crown antigen detection reagents (including sampling equipment) are sold according to the actual purchase price zero markup; "price items + detection reagents" "The capping standard of the total amount of charges is reduced to no more than 6 yuan per person.
3. The government-guided prices for the new coronavirus nucleic acid test and antigen test formulated by various provinces are all price ceilings, and the actual charging standards of public medical institutions shall not go up or down.
For the large-scale screening and normalized testing of government organizations, the scale effect and the cost-sharing effect of grassroots organizations and volunteers must be fully considered. The multi-person mixed testing of new coronavirus nucleic acid shall be calculated according to the standard of no more than 3.5 yuan per person. If the testing institution only provides sample transfer and testing services, the billing standard needs to be further reduced.
4. The medical insurance departments of all provinces refer to the existing online purchase prices across the country, and before June 10, through organizing and implementing centralized procurement, bidding on the Internet, participating in inter-provincial alliance procurement, regional price comparison and other methods to make public Medical institutions can reduce the cost of amplification reagents, extraction reagents, sampling equipment and other materials required for new crown nucleic acid detection to less than 40% of the price of a single test for a single person.

Non-public medical institutions and social testing institutions such as medical testing laboratories provide new coronavirus nucleic acid testing services, and the pricing should follow the principles of "fairness, legality, and good faith", reflecting the preservation of low profits and consistent quality and price. 6. Provinces should complete the price adjustment before June 10, 2022.
Other matters related to lowering the price of nucleic acid testing and antigen testing for new coronavirus in public medical institutions shall be implemented in accordance with the documents of Medical Insurance Ban Fa [2021] No. 45, Medical Insurance Ban Fa [2022] No. 5, and Medical Insurance Ban Han [2022] No. 13.
