Two more people were killed and ten injured on Wednesday when a bomb went off in a mosque in the capital, Kabul, according to the Interior Ministry.

A hospital in Kabul reports that five people were killed and 22 people were injured in the bombing.

No group has claimed to be behind Wednesday's bombing.

It is still unclear whether they were aimed at any specific social group.

The terrorist-branded jihadist group IS has claimed to be behind Wednesday's bombing in Mazar-e-Sharif.

So far, no group has claimed to be behind the bombing in Kabul.

The bombings in Afghanistan have decreased since the Taliban regained power in August last year, but in April and May they have increased again with several attacks on minibuses and mosques around the country.
