On Tuesday, the week started, which is usually a summer sign for many, namely the grazing release.

- We come there with the sheep that can run out into the pasture to graze, explains Kristina Johansson, owner of Hälje farm.

This is where the sheep come from and during the summer they will be allowed to graze elsewhere in and outside Umeå.

It is the municipality that together with Hälje farm arranges the sheep release.

On site in Holmsund

In Holmsund, the three adult sheep will be housed in Storsjöparken during the summer.

- It is magical to see the animals run out and it does good for the landscape.

We also get the opportunity to show the farmer's benefit, says Kristina Johansson, who is delighted with this year's grazing release.

For the past two years, the pandemic has stopped grazing, but now the sheep are finally rushing out.
