The work environment and the conflicts in the workplace had led to doctors and two thirds of the other staff resigning.

Witnessed a difficult work environment

In January this year, the staff shortage was severe after all redundancies.

After a weekend of overcrowding, the staff testified about the difficult work situation in a letter to the Swedish Work Environment Authority.

Now there is a threat of fines against the employer region.

By the first of June, the Swedish Work Environment Authority wants an answer on how the work environment has improved at the department.
