“Russia is winning the battle for Donbass... Mariupol has just fallen,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

According to Trinkvan, "the territories of Crimea and Donbass are now linked."

He also believes that the advance of Russian troops in the Donbass will continue.

Earlier, the head of the Russian Defense Ministry, Sergei Shoigu, said that the Russian military, during the operation in Ukraine, declare silence regimes and create humanitarian corridors, which slows down the pace of the offensive, but avoids civilian casualties.

Shoigu also said that Russia will continue to conduct a special operation in Ukraine, despite the sanctions pressure and support for Kyiv from the West.
