A Valencian minor ends up hospitalized for strangulation after a viral challenge in the schoolyard

A 13-year-old boy is hospitalized after being strangled by a schoolmate following a challenge that has gone viral on Tik Tok.

The events occurred during recess in an educational center in the Valencian neighborhood of

According to

, the students were in the courtyard when one fainted, fell and cut his head.

It happened after his friend, with his consent, practiced a Jiu Jitsu hold on him known as '

' or 'game of death' which consists of grabbing him from behind, wrapping his arms around his neck until he without oxygen.

As the students told the teachers, it was a challenge they had seen on a social network.

The minor was taken by ambulance to Doctor Peset Hospital where he is recovering after losing consciousness.

The teaching staff warned all the students of the center of the danger of these practices and, in addition, sent a circular to the parents in the same sense.
