During the pandemic, Detur received just over a million in state support.

But last year, they received a recovery of some of the money after they did not come in with a reconciliation on time.

In the end, however, Detur did not have to pay after a court found shortcomings in the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth's decision formulations.

But it was not the only time Detur received remarks about delays.

At the beginning of 2022, an injunction was issued by the Swedish Companies Registration Office, which did not receive all the necessary material regarding Detur's annual report for 2020. The Swedish Companies Registration Office announced that it could start a process for liquidation of Detur.

Detur supplemented and the case was written off.

Detur's press contact Tim Åström writes to SVT that reporting to the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth was delayed when Detur had a minimal staffing at the beginning of 2021 due to the pandemic.

He also describes the delay against the Swedish Companies Registration Office as a mistake.

He emphasizes that 2020 was generally marked by the pandemic and, for Detur's part, also by a change of ownership.

Broke with the accountant

The annual report included critical comments from Detur's auditor, including that the annual report had been prepared so late that it had not been possible to hold a general meeting within the time prescribed by law.

Detur, like the rest of the industry, had been hit hard by the pandemic, and by 2020 lost almost all revenue.

With SEK 165,000 in the account, the company owed customers ten million.

According to the auditor, it was "a significant factor of uncertainty" that could lead to "significant doubts about the company's ability to continue" if the owners did not raise money.

According to Detur, this is exactly what happened, and today none of the 2020 requirements will remain.

Shortly after the critical comments, the auditor was replaced.

"There are no conditions for continued cooperation due to disagreements," he wrote himself.

According to Detur, it was the company management that initiated the change.

There had been disagreement about the valuation of the company's so-called goodwill, but no cooperation problems had been noticed.
