Sabah Al-Skaf lives in Ruda in Högsby municipality.

Despite the fact that the road to a job in Sweden was seven years long for her, she is now happy that she can work with what she likes.

- I really enjoy my new job here, Sabah Al-Skaf.

And the key to getting a job is language, she says.

- I have learned Swedish by meeting and having coffee with my neighbors, they help me learn Swedish and I help them with other things, says Sabah Al-Skaf.

She believes that many of her own age who have to work up a courage dare to speak Swedish, even if they get a little wrong in the beginning.

In the end, you will learn.

Flee the war in Syria
