What concessions does Sweden need to make?

- Sweden has already done a lot.

The PKK was classified as a terrorist organization already under Olof Palme's rule and it is up to Sweden to govern its domestic laws and handle alleged terrorist activities.

Maybe there is more to do about Sweden's arms embargo against Turkey.

It remains to be seen.
