“In a laboratory study of a sample from a sick man with suspicion, who is being treated at the Attikon hospital, the monkeypox virus was not detected,” TASS reports.
The patient is said to have been diagnosed with chicken pox.
Earlier it was reported that the World Health Organization (WHO) has information on 92 confirmed cases of monkeypox and 28 suspected.
