Medinsky added that in the situation with the negotiations, "the ball is on the Ukrainian side."
“Freezing the talks is entirely the initiative of Ukraine,” he stressed.
Earlier, Medinsky during the educational marathon "New Horizons" said that the current Kyiv authorities have limited sovereignty.
