The latest, the president of the LR group in the Assembly, Damien Abad, was appointed Minister of Solidarity in the government of Elisabeth Borne on Friday.
Invited to describe who could possibly succeed Christian Jacob at the head of the party, Mr. Larcher assured that the party needed to associate its "regular" and "social" components without exception.
"I do not oppose Laurent Wauquiez and Xavier Bertrand (…), we need these components there and we will have the need for a debate after the legislative elections".
"A robot portrait, it is built, and it will be the fruit of the debate that we are going to have", he underlined.
